With 15+ years in optics, I am a fully qualified optometrist whose
passion for vision care has always been accompanied by an
entrepreneurial drive and a dedication to personal growth. I am the
director and principal optometrist of my own practice, where delivering
the highest standards of patient care sits at the heart of everything we
do — and where I apply the insights of business leadership daily. Prior
to optics I spent 10 years in the corporate sector in a Senior National
Account Manager Role dealing with the Sainsburys account.

Beyond the clinic, I serve as a life coach and mentor to professionals
in the optical industry and beyond. Drawing on my dual experience as
clinician and business‐owner, I support individuals to unlock their
potential, build meaningful careers, and lead with clarity and
confidence.

My entrepreneurial journey has instilled in me the importance of
adaptability, innovation and purpose-driven growth. I am committed to
lifelong learning — whether that’s staying at the cutting edge of
clinical advances, exploring new coaching methodologies, or pursuing
leadership development programs — because I believe that our own growth
fuels the success of those we serve.
