Founded in September 2025 by Peter Greedy, Coaches and Mentors in Optics (CaMiO) is a supportive peer group collective of coaching, mentoring, training and wellbeing professionals passionate about people.

The CaMiO ethos is to encourage everyone to continuously innovate, develop and learn, both personally and professionally. Our members endeavour to provide the highest quality coaching, mentoring and training experiences for all.​

​CaMiO members provide a full range of people orientated services including: personal coaching, business coaching, mentoring, training, CPD and team building. Our members also include qualified practitioners in meditation, resilience, rapid transformation therapy, mindfulness, burnout and more. 

​Services are provided to the whole optical industry: including all forms of optical practices, professional organisations and companies supplying products and services to the industry.
