With over 40 years experience in the optical industry Peter brings a wealth of knowledge for all areas of the industry.​

My passion is understanding people and the dynamics of workplace relationships, leadership and culture. 

My core values of Connection (Courageous, Curious & Compassionate); Contribution (Generous, Unconditional & Competent); and Contentment (Appreciation, Acceptance & Awe) drive who I am and what I do, both in and out of work.

My story is key to understanding me - a reformed cult member with cis, straight, white male privileges - I seek to be an ally and advocate for those without such privileges in how I show up in leadership and life.

As a person who is passionate about learning and developing myself, I love sharing knowledge with others and seeing people develop as they learn more about themselves, their skills, behaviours and life in general. 

When not working, you'll often find me outdoors hiking some trail, coastal path, hill or mountain - my happy place!
